All bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
You are responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off details.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings with incomplete or incorrect information.
Payment methods accepted may include cash, card, or secure online payment (if applicable).
Prices are quoted in GBP and may vary depending on service type, distance, and time.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not incur a charge.
Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% of the fare).
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 1 hour) may be charged the full fare.
We strive to be punctual; however, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
A grace period (usually 5–10 minutes) is allowed for pickups. After that, waiting time charges may apply.
Airport pick-ups include a set free waiting time (e.g., 45 minutes after the flight lands). Extra charges apply thereafter.
Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances is not permitted in the vehicle.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. RED Travels is not liable for lost or damaged items.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an abusive, unsafe, or unlawful manner.
We offer pet-friendly and wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Please mention any special requirements when booking.
Pets must be securely transported, and passengers should ensure minimal disruption during travel.
RED Travels is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, appointments, or events.
We are fully insured as required by UK law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of our website and services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
