Join RED Travels as a Customer Service Representative
At RED Travels, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and professional team and help us deliver outstanding service to passengers, clients, and partners across Norwich, Norfolk, and beyond.
Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, whether it’s booking a ride, answering inquiries, or resolving issues. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and a great experience for everyone who interacts with RED Travels.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages
Assist customers with booking and scheduling transport services
Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a calm, professional manner
Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to ensure timely service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior customer service or call center experience (preferred)
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Good computer literacy and typing speed
A friendly, calm, and proactive attitude
